Mount Shasta Sound Healing

May your life be blessed with harmony and peace.

My songs aim at restoring a natural balance through relaxation and through the concept of resonance; the (sound) vibrations in my songs project a state of harmony, and a person listening will resonate in sympathy if (s)he is receptive to that.

It's best to listen to these recordings with quality headphones, or play them back through the loudspeakers of a HiFi system. Listening to these recordings through build-in loudspeakers of a mobile phone or laptop will not be as beneficial.

Please use common sense when listening to these recordings:

1. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position
2. Close your eyes and relax
3. Take a few moments to be conscious of your breath
4. Let the sounds carry you to a place of harmony
5. Listen inwardly for insights

1. Sound Healing Session 1
   This was originally recorded as a virtual sound healing session for a friend. Because it had such profound effect I decided to make it available online for others to experience.
   This track is recommended to listen to for a virtual sound session.
2. DidgeriDrone
   This is a drone track using a mix of digeridoo recordings. I created it for my sound vibrational table but it is also suitable for left-right (brain hemisphere) balancing.
3. Sound Healing Session 1 with DidgeriDrone
   This is a mix of my virtual Sound Healing Session 1 recording with a subtle undercurrent of the DidgeriDrone track.
   Might be preferred over the first recording above when listening in a noisy environment.
